Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. You can relax and enjoy this well set up property.

Dare Delight 1, accommodates 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd with two single beds the bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms which include shower, bath and two toilets. The kitchen/dining/living area is well furnished and overlooks balcony with bbq and outdoor furniture. There is a small fenced yard out back. The living area includes tv, dvd, ipod, the kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave, dishwasher, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters to cater for your entertaining needs. The townhouse has gas heating and reverse cycle air conditioning and fans to cater for all seasons. Laundry has washing machine and dryer. The townhouse is well furnished and fitted out and is an ideal location for short week-end stays, or longer holiday breaks.
