This is a pleasant detached bungalow villa to rent in Phuket, Thailand, situated in a small quiet but secure compound of only 4 villas, just a short walk to beachside cafes and night clubs, and only a short drive from Tesco-Lotus supermarket and upmarket hotels. The luxury villa has a courtyard swimming pool (1.2 m deep, 5 m wide, 10 m long) and 4 sun loungers, beside an adjoining Thai sala. The garden also has a well-designed set BBQ beside sala shade pool with 4 sun loungers umbrellas.All the rooms within the villa are situated around the private swimming pool which is somewhat a central focal point. The indoor living areas and the bedroom all have beautiful wooden flooring and vaulted wooden ceiling that give the house that special Balinese atmosphere which has become very desirable over the past few years. LOCATION
The villa compound is about 700 meters from the beautiful Bang Tao Beach with several beach side cafes and night clubs, not far from 7 luxury Laguna Phuket hotels and a golf course. The villa is a short drive to Tesco Lotus supermarket and other up-market shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from Surin and Laem Singh beaches good for snorkeling. The villa is also a 20 minute drive to Phuket Fantasea and 25 minutes from the lively Patong nightlife.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has all the necessities like lounge chairs, reading books, dressing table, an ensuite and walk in wardrobe to make your stay comfortable. For safety, the room has a mini safe and a large four poster bed. The bedroom opens on to a sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The second guest room has two single beds and a sofa bed for additional children and is attached to an ensuite. The third guest bedroom has a double bed with two side tables, mini safe and an ensuite.
Bathrooms
All the three bathrooms in this villa are joined to the bedroom with different designs. The master bath has two basins, a sunken bath, shower with glass panels and a toilet. The first guest bedroom has an outdoor bathroom that has tropical plants surrounding it for privacy and a door which opens into the garden. The second guest bedroom also has an outdoor bath with a toilet and a wash basin.
Dining Room
The dining space blends with the living room and kitchen. A wooden table in the living area can fit up to six to eight guests comfortably.
Kitchen
This well designed villa is fitted with amenities to ensure our guests are comfortable at all times. The kitchen has a four ring gas cooking range, ventilator, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, cupboards and a working surface.
Living Rooms
The open living space has a large five seat sofa, a coffee table, flat screen television, stereo system, ceiling and stand up fans. The living room and house is carefully decorated with stylish paintings and plants to give it a homely feel.
