DESCRIPTION
|
Set in a group of seven Swiss-chalet style detached villas of varying layouts, this 2-bedroom property at Loh Samui has the advantage of being close to the pool and sea. Walk through beautifully maintained plantings of palms and colourful tropical plants in Essential Villa, over to the film-set but natural rocky headland less than 100m away. Admire the crystal clear warm waters from walkways through the rocks, or venture a little further to the sandy cove with beach cafes and facilities. You can see the sea from your large L-shaped covered balcony/terrace as you dine al fresco, or head over to the large pool for a dip or top up the tan on one of the many sun-loungers. The pool has a covered paddling-pool area with under-water seating to start, before the main swimming area, which descends to 1.85m in depth. There are various areas to soak up more UV, facing and listening to the seahellip; maybe have a massage on the terrace or decks on the headland while you are there.
LOCATION
Set in Bang Por, Samui and just 5k away from the nightlife of Mae Nam, this peaceful property is close to major attractions. With a large car park off the main island ring road, enter through the magnificent gardens to your villa. The sea views are dotted with islands, not least Koh Phangan to the north. Angthong National Marine Park (closed Nov and Dec) is to the northeast and well worth a days visit by boat where you can admire limestone forests, and some of the worlds remaining coral reefs. The main car ferry terminal is 5.7k to the south, and the airport is some 17.5 k away.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The villa has two well designed bedrooms with air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms has a door that opens to a veranda and the second bedroom has a wall length wardrobe, dressing table and a wicker armchair.
Bathrooms
The villa has one bathroom which has a shower, hot and cold water, vanity and cupboards and a toilet.
Dining Room. The dining has a tile patterned floor and can sit up to four guests on a table and is adjacent to the kitchen. The patio has a table that can fit six guests comfortably in an outdoor setting. On the patio there is a cocktail table, additional chairs and a shaded area for entertaining.
Kitchen
Kitchen area is designed for basic cooking with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice-cooker, coffee maker, four ring electric hobs and an oven. The back door ff the kitchen opens into the laundry and the drying area. There is a worktop facing the dining room which has red and white wine and cocktail glasses hanging from the ceiling.
Living Rooms
The living room opens into the patio area and has two painted wicker sofas, a matching armchair, television and a coffee table. The room has the perfect views of the bay and is ideal to cool off from the days heat.
