DESCRIPTION
|
Built in a traditional Thai style and mixed with flavours of Bali, this modern villa has all the ingredients of that perfect holiday recipe. With views across the Andaman Sea to an island called Koh Ha, which towers out of the sea on the horizon, and mature Indian almond trees framing the scene in the foreground, you may think there is nowhere that could be better. Sit in front of the massage jets in the 9-metre infinity edge swimming pool with the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore, and breathe in the Indian Ocean breezes and you may wonder why you have never been here before. The villa covers three separate buildings and spans the area between the road and the beach. Large decked areas and a garden sala offer a variety of sunbathing options, whilst the accommodation has all the luxury you may need for perfect relaxation in the tropics.
This villa does not have a designated Wi-Fi internet connection, but it does have a local area connection.
LOCATION
Set on Klong Nin beach, this is perhaps the most desirable location in Koh Lanta due to its popularity, which in turn promotes more facilities. There are shops and restaurants in abundance, and being in the middle of the beach-strewn west coast there is plenty of scope for exploration of the island to the north and south. Boat trips to Koh Rok, which is also visible to the south from the garden, can be arranged with a pick-up directly on the beach. Motorbike hire is available from the minimart opposite for further exploration north to the capital Saladan, or south to the National Park complete with lighthouse, monkeys, and mature tropical hardwood trees. Other activities such as elephant trekking are also within easy reach.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The two front bedrooms both with en suite are tastefully designed. They both feature king size beds, head unit, bedside tables, and wardrobe. Large patio doors lead you into both of the rooms. The master bedroom is also beautifully designed and comes with en suite. In addition two sets of patio doors lead you onto the balcony and both have spectacular views of the ocean.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are fitted with modern and sturdy joinery. The two bedroom chalet bathrooms feature rain drop showers, glass basins, and are well lit from the high ceiling above creating a natural relaxing feel. Similar to these two bathrooms, however featuring a large two person bath tub with ocean views if the windows are open, we have the master en suite. A small guest toilet and basin with storage is also located just off the living room.
Dining Room
The dining area is open and easy to entertain in. A large table and chairs make it perfect for meals with the family, or wining and dining with friends. The close proximity to the kitchen makes it ideal. Outside dining is also available around the property.
Kitchen
The fully equipped and user friendly kitchen makes life easy. A twin cook top, sink, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery and fridge freezer make meal time a breeze.
Living Rooms
The living area comes with a large comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player for your entertainment as well as stunning views of the ocean. Tastefully designed throughout, the living area is a very easy place to unwind.
