DESCRIPTION
Barwon Belle, a fantastic modern townhouse 5-10 min walk to main street shops and river, skatepark and kids play ground. Barwon Belle is a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive and the fantastic Geelong Adventure Park. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere or jump on the hourly free shuttle bus which takes you around Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove during Dec/Jan holiday period.

Barwon Belle has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and 2nd and 3rd each with two singles, there is also a couch bed for the odd overnight visitor, enough accommodation for 8 people. The bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms which include bath, shower and two toilets, there is also an outdoor shower. The open plan living area includes tv, dvd and stereo and is heated with gas and electric heating, and cooling is by split system and fans. Barwon Belle has polished concrete floors and is very well furnished and fitted out. The kitchen is fully equipped with European appliances, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving platters to cater for holiday stays. Outdoors there is sunny north facing deck area with bbq and outdoor seating, under cover parking for one car. Barwon Belle is an ideal Holiday Home for family, or couples to enjoy their holiday break in comfort and style.
