The family room over looks the pool through 3 sliders has a large plasma TV & DVD player, seating for the family & a breakfast nook leads to the open kitchen with all the full modern equipment. There is a laundry room with large washer/dryer leading from the kitchen to the garage. To the front of the home there is a formal dining room & lounge creating space for all in comfort to listen to the radio/CD player.
The en-suite masterbedroom has sliders to the pool, the second double ensuite provides access to the pool. The 2 twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. The whole house is airconditioned with ceiling fans for extra comfort. Free telephone calls within the US & Canada are provided as is broadband internet. A BBQ is available & high chair & cot are also provided at no extra cost.
