This fabulous 2 bedroom Bayfront home is just steps away from its own private beach and dock, near one of the best fishing spot on the island. For this discerning vacationer, this home has it all.Island Time I is an ocean front property with a private dock and beach,and its own signature golf carts.IslandTime I’s grounds offer plenty of room to play and relax. Right off itsdocks is one of the best fishing spots the Island has to offer. After along day of reeling in the big catch take a leisurely nap in one of thehammocks nestled between palm trees as the sound of the ocean lulls youto sleep.The house is decorated in a subtleFloridian style that rouses the feel of the Sunshine state. It has 2bedrooms and 2 baths. Just like its sister house it has an open floorplan. The kitchen is fully appointed with a conventional and convectionoven. The living room and kitchen open onto the screened in porch overlooking the ocean.

Surrounding Description

North Captiva Island is the best-kept secret in Florida: only fourmiles long and half a mile wide, North Captiva is a Caribbean-likebarrier island accessible only by a 20-minute boat ride. There are nocars and no paved roads (transportation is only by electric golf carton sand roads!). Nearby Captiva Island and Sanibel Island were oncejust like North Captiva until bridges brought traffic and hordes oftourists to their shores.
