Thecondo is only a few minutes away from the beach and the largest designer outletshopping mall in the southeast US. The community has a shared pool, hot tub,lighted volleyball and basketball courts, and a picnic area. There is a largemeeting room for business or family activities.Eachcondo comes with a DVD player and the resort features inclusive DVD rentals.The resort provides an inclusive beach service for refreshments. The resortprovides a service called Passport to Fun. This includes complimentary passesto various seasonal attractions such as charter fishing, boatingadventures/cruises and a nearby water park.
