DESCRIPTION
Stay in this awesome condo on the thirteenth floor which is located inside a gated community. The complex offers twelve tennis courts, a Jacuzzi, miniature golf course, basketball court, racquetball and heated swimming pools. You can enjoy the day golfing, shopping, dining, snorkeling, scuba diving and more. These activities are located not too far from the complex. A great place to stay on your next visit to Destin in Florida.

Features Description

With two bedrooms and two baths, this condo is sure to please everyone in your party. The dining area offers a round glass table with seating for four, an artificial palm tree and tile floors. The living area has two couches, a chair, framed artwork along with cable TV, a stereo with CD player and DVD player. There is also a private balcony with outdoor furniture just outside of the living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that can seat a few more people and offers a microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher and lots of counter space. In the master bedroom you will find a king bed with tile floors, framed artwork and a private balcony. The the second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed, a small window in between both beds and framed artwork. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary internet access and DVD rentals. There is also a washer, dryer and air conditioning.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.

There are many places you can go to such as Blue Dunes Grille, Ocean Club, Pavilion Beach Bar & Grill, Destin Harbor, Gilligan's On the Harbor Restaurant and Watersports, and the Bluewater Bay Golf Course.
