DESCRIPTION
Located inside a gated community, this amazing Destin condo is great for weddings, reunions, meetings and corporate retreats. This gated community offers a basketball court, tennis courts, miniature golf course, heated swimming pools and a Jacuzzi. You are not that far from sightseeing, jet skiing, snorkeling, dining, shopping and many other activities.

Features Description

This condo comes with cable TV, a DVD player, stereo with CD player as well as two bedrooms and two baths. The dining area has artificial plants, a mirror along the wall, a glass table with flowers in the center and six chairs. The living area has two couches, two chairs, framed artwork, artificial plants and a coffee table. The unit also comes with a washer, dryer and air conditioning.    The fully equipped kitchen has a blender, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar that has extra seating. The master bedroom has a king bed with a red floral bedspread and decorative pillows along with framed artwork. The second bedroom has framed pictures of tropical trees and two twin beds with floral bedspreads. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary DVD rentals and internet access.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.
