Features DescriptionThis second floor villa offers three bedrooms and three bedrooms and has terrific views of the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious living room has gorgeous vaulted ceilings and offers a plasma television with HBO and Showtime, and a lovely fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a wine cooler. The dining room offers seating for six at the attractive glass top table. The three bedrooms will accommodate six guests comfortably with bedding that includes one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. The screened-in porch has been modified into an "All Season" room where you can enjoy the scenic views. Guests staying at this Mariners Watch condo also have access to wireless Internet, a washer and dryer, local phone service, and all linens and towels are provided.
Surrounding DescriptionMariners Watch is surrounded by miles of white sandy beaches, lagoons and the Atlantic Ocean for you to explore! Take the short walk to the beach and sunbathe, swim, or boogey board the blue ocean waters. Take a bike ride on the miles of paved trails throughout the resort and enjoy the view as they crisscross the beaches and lagoons. Enjoy the deer, blue heron, sea turtles and other wildlife found on the island. Visit Bohicket Marina and Yacht Club and rent a boat to water-ski or wakeboard. Perhaps you would like to take it slower and kayak or canoe the surrounding lagoons. Charter an offshore fishing boat and try your luck at catching marlin, king mackerel, or shark. Visit the nearby Freshfields Village where you will find fresh vegetables, fruits, boutiques, restaurants, and pottery making demonstrations. FreshFields Village also offers entertainment such as rock and blues concerts, or watch a movie under the stars. Take the family to Night Heron Park where you will find arts and crafts, ice cream socials, Safari night, and Holiday Festivals. Those with children may want to enroll your kids in Kamp Kiawah for ages 3-11 years old. At Kamp Kiawah they will play games, arts and crafts, and much more.

Make a day trip and visit the historic museums, aquarium, and shops or dining of Fountain Walk. Kiawah Island also offers top ranked tennis courts and the famous golf courses. Take the family to Night Heron Park where you will find basketball courts, volleyball courts, soccer fields, a nature center and fitness trail.
