This beautiful residence is a terrific choice for your next Hilton Head Island retreat! It has superb views from every room.

The first floor is designed with hardwood floors throughout. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, two chairs, and offers a sliding glass door that leads to a private lagoon-side deck. The deck has a rocking chair and built in bench. There is another lagoon view deck with four chairs and two cocktail tables. Seating six, the dining room is just off the fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with tub/shower combination. A private balcony with two chairs has wonderful lagoon views. The landing provides a table with two chair, along with an additional recliner. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with tub/shower combination. A lagoon view balcony has three chairs and a cocktail table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with tub/shower combination, and a private lagoon view balcony with two chairs.

Surrounding Description

There is a private path that leads to the ocean. Also there is a community pool on site that is near to a golf course and beach.

Hilton Head island is a great place to enjoy the beach, golf and tennis. Hilton Head has 14 miles of beautiful beaches, two dozen golf courses (on the island or nearby), hundreds of tennis courts, and about 200 restaurants.
