Akumal Breakers is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath stone beach front villa in a gated neighborhood in the heart of the Riviera Maya! The villa is located in South Akumal, which is just over 1 hour south of the Cancun Airport between Playa del Carmen and Tulum.South Akumal Beach is one of the best, most relaxing locations on the entire Riviera Maya. Our beautiful bay is protected by a stretch of coral breakers about 200 yards from the beach and offers excellent snorkeling, swimming and kayaking. The charming town of Akumal which has several quaint restaurants and bars is only 1 mile away. Tulum is only 15 miles south.Akumal Breakers has one of the best beach locations in all of S. Akumal. The white sandy beach is located only 25 steps from the villa and is great for outdoor games, building sand castles or just chilling out all day and listening to the waves hit the breakers.You will enjoy a large, refreshing pool which features a waterfall and jumping stone. If your kids want to enjoy a "real pool", then Akumal Breakers is the place for you. We also have a private hot and cold outdoor shower which is great to clean up the children after the beach. The adults like it too!
