DESCRIPTION
The estate comprises the main building with 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 toilets, a huge kitchen and 2 living rooms as well as a large private swimming pool, a private tennis court, a separate pizza house and 80.000 m2 of land with breathtaking views over the surrounding hills. It is a mere 3 minutes drive from the city centre of Cairo Montenotte and 25 minutes drive from the Mediteranean sea, sea side resorts and beaches.The estate is located in the unspoiled hills surrounding Cairo Montenotte. The house is easily accessible from the road and is nestled at 400 meters on mountains of approx. 600 metres offering breathtaking views over the rolling countryside. Because of the elevation it remains pleasantly cool in the Summer and there are no mosquitoes! The main building measures 20 meters by 10 meters and has three floors.
