The property was remodeled in 2008. The house is lavished with travertine, limestone and dark walnut floors through out, with imported marble counters in every bathroom and granite in the kitchen. There are plasma TV's in the kitchen, living room and master. The house is open and airy. With ocean views from the living room, deck and master, it is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing.
You can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset from the front deck or barbeque a romantic dinner under the stars from the rear deck. There is no better way to start your day than a sunrise run on the beach and a morning swim in the Pacific Ocean. With all the activities you will enjoy during the day you will fall to sleep fast listing to the waves at night. King Bed, Double bed and 2 twin beds and a queen air bed. Wireless internet. Washer/Dryer, Bikes, Boogie boards, Beach chairs, Barbecue. Located just 10min south of LAX and 10 minutes north of Hermosa Beach. Santa Monica or Venice is a short drive 15-20 min drive along the coast. 10 minute access to the 405 freeway or the 105 for Hollywood (30min), for Disneyland (45min)
