DESCRIPTION
This classic family home is situated just 1km from Jomtien Beach within a gated community. The only difficulty this open plan vacation home presents is deciding which piece of paradise to revel in first. The living room features enough leather seating for everyone to enjoy the home entertainment centre that offers superior audio and visual reproduction.

The free form swimming pool and whirlpool invite daytime enjoyment and relaxation well into the night. With five king size beds there is ample facilities for catching up on the sleep that was missed back home and with full air conditioning that includes much needed afternoon naps.

Every meal is a party when it is prepared in the modern western style kitchen finished with sparkling granite counter tops, tile floors and excellent lighting. Dining is also a delight at the long table with high back leather chairs and designer china, glassware and cutlery. There is also the option of outdoor meals overlooking the pool. Each of the five bedrooms all have LCD flat-screen TVs and DVD players.

BEDROOMS

BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 offers a full bathroom - bedrooms 2 & 3 have good size shower rooms with toilet and wash hand basins. There is a cloakroom off the living area for your convenience.

KITCHEN
Fully fitted with granite worktops and tiled floors, appliances include fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cooker, rice cooker, toaster and all utensils. There are place settings for eight people. A washing machine is available at the covered utility area. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

LIVING ROOM
The living area is light and spacious with modern furnishings, seating for eight persons with Cable TV, DVD/CD player and separate radio / CD player, please note this player will not accept copy CD’s. The living area opens to a dining facility for six persons.

LOCATION
Although situated in a quiet and secure residential neighborhood, this spectacular villa is conveniently located only one kilometer from the beach as well as being a 10-minute drive to the centre of Pattaya.

There you will find a selection of shopping opportunities both at major retailers like Big C, Makro, Central Festival and Tesco Lotus as well as the more picturesque Pattaya Floating Market where fresh fruit and vegetables can be bargained for and purchased at very reasonable prices. In the evenings, the world famous Walking Street and Alangkarn Theatre are both within easy reach as well as the most popular restaurants offering a variety of international and Thai cuisines to please every palate.
