BEDROOMS
All four bedrooms are outfitted with king sized beds, dressers for storage and additional bedroom furnishings of a stylish décor providing plenty of space for even a large holiday group to relax in comfort. Each bedroom is further equipped with ensuite bathroom facilities. An additional sofa bed is available upon request and can sleep up to one adult or two children.
BATHROOMS
Baan Chatmanee includes five bathroom facilities, four of which are ensuite with the bedrooms offering ultimate convenience. The master bath includes a full bath, toilet and washbasin facilities. Bathrooms adjacent to the remaining three bedrooms include showers, toilets and washbasin facilities. A fifth washroom is available in the communal living quarters directly adjacent to the cloakroom. The additional bathroom includes a toilet and hand-washing basin.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is of a beautiful design and features handmade cabinets with granite surfaces. You can enjoy preparing a meal in this contemporary culinary setting fully stocked with a wide variety of kitchen appliances including a microwave, hob, extractor, built in cooker, toaster and place settings for eight. Outside of the kitchen facilities you will find a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
LIVING ROOMS
The lounging area brings the beauty of the villa’s tropical surroundings inside with glorious views of the garden area and pool. The top of the line leather furnishings practically beg you to take a moment to sit down and relax within their embrace. You can enjoy a new movie or some international television with the fully equipped entertainment system featuring a satellite TV, DVD/CD player and built-in surround sound system. High-speed Internet access is available as well as WI-FI Internet for your laptop allowing for you to check back in at the office if necessary.
OTHER
There is a sofa bed available that will sleep two children or one adult on request. Dining room: The dining area can accommodate six and is located directly adjacent to the living room. Enjoy a cocktail in the lounge with friends before dinner or slip into the comforts of the lounge to put your feet up with ease following a good meal.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Daily maid and cleaning services are included with the rental of Baan Chatmanee. All linens and towels will be provided but guests are asked to please provide their own beach towels. A local laundry service is available if desired and offers a quality service at affordable prices.
LOCATION
The location of Baan Chatmanee is one of the best features due to it being location just 1km from Jomtien Beach. The villa is situated upon a private estate with 24-hour security. At Jomtien Beach, you will find a vast choice of international and Thai restaurants that run down its entirety. Jomtien is also home to a vibrant nightlife scene, but nowhere near as crowded or hedonistic as Pattaya.
Within a 5-minute drive from Baan Chatmanee, you will find a host of shopping centers where you can buy your own groceries, such as Tesco Lotus, Big C and Mackro. Under a 10-minute drive, you will find Pattaya attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market, Alangkarn Theater and Pattaya Underwater World.
If you want to take a drive into the heart of Pattaya, it will take you roughly 10-15 minutes, and here you will find Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Walking Street. All in all, this is an ideal location for a Pattaya holiday.
