It is ideal for families or large gatherings, and is the perfect villa for weddings. The great room is the center of activity, with lots of seating, covered balcony, 25 foot verandah, wet bar, and dining facilities for up to 16 guests.

The master bedroom on the lower level has a private sitting room and opens onto steps leading to the pool area. There is an additional bedroom on the lower level with private ocean view patio. The five remaining bedrooms are all located off the main floor great room.
