DESCRIPTION
A fully self-contained 2 storied two-bedroom beach front apartment with magnificent views across Mercury Bay. Hop across the road to the beach and a good 20 minutes walk into town. Comfortably sleeps 4, plus there’s a double sofa bed in the lounge (bedding is stored in the compartments under the chaise lounge).

Features Description

Aqua Soleil is a complex consisting of 50 modern apartments. Three off-street car parks are available, numbered 8,9 and 114 (so room to park the boat). Enjoy access to a 25 m heated swimming pool and a regularly serviced spa pool, and a boat-washing bay. The apartment has gib painted walls and wooden blinds, wooden flooring through the dining, kitchen and lounge area downstairs, with carpet o the stairs and in the upstairs bedroom area, and a funky modern décor throughout. The master bedroom is located upstairs and one has a very comfortable slat bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps and a large double wardrobe space. A ranch slider opens on to the upstairs deck area with commanding views of the water; you can fall asleep listening to the waves lapping on the shore.

Surrounding Description

The largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5 kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store. 

Nearby Attractions Description

There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip.
