A fully self-contained 2 storied compact beachfront apartment with magnificent views across Mercury Bay. A short stroll across the road to the beach and a good 20 minutes walk into town. Aqua Soleil is a fully managed complex consisting of 50 modern apartments. Two car parks per unit and one lock up along with a heated swimming pool and spa.

This holiday home features two bedrooms, one bath, 21” TV, (SKY connection Bring your own Decoder), a fridge /freezer, dishwasher, waste master, under bench electric oven with bench top ceramic hobs, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, a washing machine and dryer. There is also a large 10M x 4M boat shed with a high automatic roller door, behind the property for storage of the cars or boat.

Surrounding Description

Located approximately three kilometers from the main town center, this area deserves a mention in it's own right. The estuary flows out onto the more harbor-like beach and offers safe swimming for children. Many homes are set high on the hills up Centennial Drive that have spectacular views overlooking the beach, to Whitianga township and over to Shakespeare's Cliff and the other side of the harbor where Cooks Beach, Hahei and Cathedral Cove lay. This end of the beach is still close enough to enjoy the town’s amenities but far enough to be away from the hub. If you'd prefer to be within walking distance of the town with the shops and restaurants, look at the homes we have listed under Buffalo Beach, Whitianga destination.
