DESCRIPTION

This A frame bach is compact and designed to accommodate a maximum of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, and is just across the road from the beach. The driveway up to the house is fairly steep but the views from the top are fantastic. The stairs up to the bedrooms upstairs are reasonably steep so may not suit those less agile or very young children.
Features DescriptionThis holiday home features two bedrooms, one bath, an electric stove, medium size fridge, separate freezer in the garage, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, electric jug, and the usual selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and a small electric heater. The washing machine is an old style agitator machine (not automatic) and kept in the garage. The outdoor furniture is comprised of 8 chairs, a sun umbrella with stand. There is no BBQ.
Surrounding DescriptionAn idyllic white sandy beach accessed via a gravel road over the Blackjack Hill passing through Otama approximately 10kms from Kuaotunu. A popular holiday destination offering excellent fishing and diving, there is no boat ramp but boats can be launched from the beach by 4WD vehicles. East facing and close access to the Mercury Islands. Good boogie-boarding, swimming and surf-casting. Nearest shop is in Kuaotunu.
