Advertisers would be notified in advance if any charge is due, for them to accept or decline the charge.

InternetHolidayVillas.com endeavours to approve and publish any new advertisements or changes to copy as soon as possible, however we cannot always guarantee timescale.

Requests for an advertisers property to be substituted with another during their 12 month advertising contract will be refused. If an owner disposes of their property before the end of their subscription, their advertisement is not transferable to the new owner, and no refunds will be given.

Advertisers are expected to deal with customer enquiries adequately and handle any complaints satisfactorily.

InternetHolidayVillas.com reserve the right to remove any advertisers web page(s) and/or terminate their advertising contract in circumstances that we consider at our discretion to be unacceptable conduct, or in the event of any proven or multiple complaints made by tenants/guests of advertisers property or services arising from inaccurate or misleading descriptions/information contained within their advertisements. No refunds will be given.

Advertising should comply with relevant advertising legislation regarding misdescriptions and accuracy of prices supplied. The advertiser agrees to indemnify internetholidayvillas from any claims arising from advertised information.

Advertisers may request to have their advertisement removed at any time during their 12 month advertising contract and accept that refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management.

Requests for cancellations of advertising prior to publication will be subject to an administration fee dependant upon the amount of work completed in the preparation of their advetisement, but not exceeding the annual advertising rate.

InternetHolidayVillas.com cannot be held responsible for any refunds, damages, claims or any losses of income or profit sustained by advertisers in the event of partial or total termination of service/publication of InternetHolidayVillas.com web site, for whatever reason.

InternetHolidayVillas.com cannot be held responsible for any refunds, costs, losses or claims sustained as a result of an advertisers breach our Terms and Conditions.

The use of the name InternetHolidayVillas.com within these conditions encompasses InternetHolidayVillas.com owners, full or part-time employees and associates.
