This Classic Home has been completely renovated to include all the modern comforts and amenities such as Wi-Fi Internet and digital cable, central air conditioning and heating, indoors laundry, yet still maintains its classic charm with its high ceilings, large crown moldings and baseboards, century old closet doors and cabinets, age-old oak flooring.
Special attention was paid to the harmony of architecture and lighting to create an cozy ambience at any time of the day. Kitchen has been remodeled to embody both the classic elegance and the modern utility.
Counter tops were done with natural Spanish stone which lends warmth and class in the undercab light to the kitchen. We spend a great deal of efforts to refinish wall cabinets to preserve that century old history.
Shopping couldn't be easier with major shopping centers such as the famous upscale Santana Row or Valley Fair within 5-7 minutes on I-280
All downtown attractions are within minutes of walk from the property: Convention Center, Center of Performing Arts, Discovery Museum, HP Pavillion and a wide array of bars, lounges, stand-up comedy house and many well-known restaurants such as Il Fornaio, PFs Chang, Scott’s Seafood and of course many eateries that feature a diverse selection of ethnic food such as Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese.Transportation couldn’t be any better with the Virginia Light Rail Station just around the block and the Greyhound bus station and Train station right on Montgomery and Santa Clara, which is within approx. 15 minutes of walk or few minutes of driving.
