DESCRIPTION
|
Newly redecorated home located between Capitola and the Boardwalk and two blocks to three popular beaches accesses. This one bedroom house sleeps four people, six if everyone is friendly. There is one queen bed and a full futon in the bedroom and a full futon in the livingroom. The kitchen is equiped with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker as well as dishes, pots, pans and cutlery services for eight.
We are a dog friendly unit with a fenced dog run area. Many of the locals walk their dogs on Santa Maria's Beach that is accessed from 19th Ave,(2 blocks away). Santa Maria's is a nice long beach for running or shell collecting. The Sunny Cove beach is at the end of 17th Ave,(2 blocks),it is sheltered and so it's nice and warm even if there is a breeze. Boogie boarders like The Cove. A popular surf spot is Black's Point. The access is 14th Ave (3 blocks but there is a shortcut through the shopping center), and it is also a State Park with toilet facilities and there is often a volleyball court set up. From 14th Ave you can walk down the beach to the Yacht Harbor.
