Available to renters are two parking spaces just steps from the front door.  This cottage has a new gourmet kitchen outfitted with a Wolf range, Bosch dishwasher, Granite countertops, new bathrooms with Kohler fixtures and new windows.  Dining table seats up to eight. Upstairs bedrooms have vaulted, bead board ceilings, with hunter fans, which add to the cottage charm. Also, you will find brand new pillow top mattresses, quilts, feather pillows, linens and plush white towels. One bedroom features a queen sized bed, the other bedroom has two twins which easily convert to a king.There are three HD flat screen TVs. One above the beautiful fireplace in the living area and one in each bedroom. Free wireless internet is also included.Wood floors are downstairs, wool carpet in upstairs bedrooms. Large Windows allow in lots of natural sunlight. In the basement you will find a full sized washer and dryer, 2 adult BIKES and 2 sets of golf clubs available to renters.

The beautiful Aspen Golf Club is a short drive and available to all.  For skiers, this property is one block from the shuttle to Snowmass, Highlands and Buttermilk and 10 blocks from Aspen Mountain's gondola.
