Classic old Florida cottage in a wonderful location. Located one block from the beach, with all the activities you'd expect. Enjoy this lovely cottage with Old Florida charm!
Features DescriptionThis cottage offers a large living room with 12 foot ceilings. Newer furnishings throughout. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, twins and a full size futon bed in the other two rooms. Full bathrooms (either a tub or shower) are off each bedroom. Swimming pool was recently renovated with a new over-sized heater and pump. Outside you will find two shaded patios, one off the living room and the other by the pool. Natural Florida yard with huge trees and native plantings. There is a small lake in front of the house, which makes for great views!
Surrounding DescriptionThe beach is 1 block (.3 miles) away. Walk under old Banyan trees to Gulf beaches. Golf at Naples Beach Hotel course three blocks away, or enjoy a game of tennis six blocks away. Naples best restaurants and exclusive shops are a short walk away as well.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionNaples offers many fun activities for the whole family. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, golf, camping, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, bird watching, Everglades excursions, shelling and local parks.
