Pleasant View is a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive and the fantastic Geelong Adventure Park. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere or just sit on the front porch and read, or out back and enjoy a bbq in the pretty garden.
Pleasant View has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom has two single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are supported by another bathroom which includes shower, bath and two toilets. There is also a cot & high chair for baby. The House includes 2 tv’s and two dvd’s, air conditioning and gas & electric heating. The kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, frypan, food processor, Sunbeam mixer and slow cooker, plus ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters to cater for holiday stays.The laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is bbq, and outdoor seating for 6 in the fenced yard.
Pleasant View is an ideal holiday home for the family, or couples wishing to spend time in a quiet location, but be only minutes from the action in Barwon Heads. The Holiday House is well furnished and fitted out for holiday comfort and enjoyment.
