Fill in the Registration / Signup form with your contact details and select a subscription Package from drop down menu.

2. After Registration you will be able to Login and 'Add Property' details, description, additional info and upload up to 30 pictures, special rental rates table and start receiving booking requests direct from potential guests by email or via our booking system that allows owners or property managers to accept bookings online.

Standard listings allows you to list and modify your property details, description, images, availability calendar and update prices 24/7.

Premium subscription packages
Premium listings will be featured on Home Page and be given a sponsored listing position that appears at the top of all local and regional searches. We offer a professional upload and optimization service and may add additional pictures, virtual tours, videos or pdf brochures. Premium luxury self catering holiday homes and villas may be featured on our other award winning websites.

Commission based advertising
Our site allows owners to have the option of accepting instant online bookings or payments via PayPal for online bookings via our dynamic hotel style Online Booking and Availability Calendar system. If prices and availability is up to date and dates and prices are approved then owners or property manager can accept online payments via PayPal with usual guarantees for guests.

Approved Affiliates, Agents, Clients, Caretakers and Members appointed by owners can register to login to certain areas of control panel.

1. Advertisng subscriptions or Referrals.
Click Affiliate To sign up as an affiliate and earn commission on referrals.

2. Booking Referral Program.
Click: Affiliate To join our Affiliate program and earn commission generating online bookings or sales.



3. Clients Access area.
Take bookings online. View booking status, view property documents, view special discounts and offers. Click: Client To register as a Client of owner.

4. Agents and Tour operators should contact admin@holidayvillas.net directly to add holiday extras or discuss other proposals.

5. Caretaker access can also be provided on request to admin or owner they are working for to see turn around dates or instructions.

6. Members access can also be provided for members area on request to admin.
