There are several Navigation methods you can use to find a holiday rentals on HOME PAGE.

1. You can refine your search using the HOLIDAY RENTAL SEARCH box on the Home page
2. or Click one of the 90 or so country locations in the left hand side menu.
3. or Click on a country or region of the the World Map on the Home page.
4. or Select one of the Featured Rental properties in the Right Hand side menu.
5. or Click on one of the quick links to popular regions at foot of page.
6. or click on one of the holiday themes to select Golf, Ski, Rural, Beach, Island or City Break.

To refine your search criteria within regions then click on RENTAL SEARCH or VILLA RENTALS from one of the horizontal menus at head or foot of page.

From the Rental Search page you can select Red text showing Continent, Country, State or City to see full list of places with number number of properties in each region along with tourist info page or click View All or blue text to link to actual holiday homes and villas listing pages showing short desscription and picture of each property in each region. To see full details of any property just click on picture or link provided. There is also a small arrow at the foot of short description that drops down to display advertised prices.

You may refine your search further on listing pages by using the quick search box to select number of bedrooms, baths or property type in each region.

You may also use the Simple of Advanced Search facility found in horizontal menu to search for Type of Property, Amenities like swimming pool or BBQ etc, Special activities or Holiday Theme. You may also search by Map although this shows some results that you might not have expected to find!

Making Bookings and or Enquiries direct with owner online.
Booking enquiries and reservations are best made by clicking on the Booking and Availability Calendar link found above calendar on any of the main property details pages as enquiries are logged onto system to facilitate online bookings once availability and prices have been confirmed by owner.



Clicking on the Booking and Availabilty Calendar link above the calendar on main details page provides you with an illustration of your booking with statement of costs and would allow owner to approve or accept booking online at click of a button, or send terms and conditions, or other online documents etc. If booking is approved or accepted you may then make an online booking or make a secure online payment direct to owner via PayPal (that offers user money back guarantees) if online bookings have been set up by owner or activated by admin.

Contact Owner about this Rental' Form. You may also use the quick enquiry form on any of the main property detail pages called the "Contact Owner about this Rental' form but your enquiry may not be logged into our online booking system that automatically calculates prices, with any holiday extras and updates calendar once booking accepted or paid for online. However, this form does allow you to contact owner to confirm price and availability and gives you the option to ask owner to use our secure online booking and or payment system if preferred. N.B. We do not charge any additional fees, unlike large companies that charge users 10 % commission for the convenience of using an online booking system that has always been free for users and owners to activate since 2006. This means that booking a Holiday Villa Rentals on our website should be 20% cheaper than on large sites that charge user commission for the convenience of being able to book an owners beautiful holiday home as though it were a hotel. Using our site is therfore a win win situation pricewise for traveller and owner.

All enquiries are sent directly to owner or agent for them to respond to either directly or through online booking system.

Main Property Details comprise of main details page with full description of property with pictures, location map, rental rates, contact form and booking and availability clalendar for online bookings, an additional page of pictures, listings may also include a slideshow in a separate window, virtual tour and printable pdf brochure that may contain some additional details. You may navigate backwards and forwards between image and text pages via links under property details.

The Index pages contain short descriptions and illustrations of property pages. Clicking through to main details pages via image or text links enables you to view main property details of property or see prices by clicking down arrow or use quick search box to refine searches in any region you choose.

Additional information on any area is provided by tourist info links or mini blogs.

Whilst choosing or booking your holiday rental direct with the owner, you may also make use of our Flights, Car Hire or travel related resources or links located on many pages to finalise or accompany holiday arrangements or plans.

In order to list, advertise or promote a Holiday Home or Villa on this holiday rental website owners or agents must first Register with verifiable details before they can Login. If registration details and or listings details are not complete or verifiable then account and or listing details will not be automatically activated.
Unauthorised access or use is banned. Our site uses encryption technology to protect data. It is owners responsibility to ensure that details and Availability Calendar and Prices are kept up to date especially if owner or user wishes to use our online booking system. Calendar will automatically update if owners use our system to accept bookings rather than third party ones that charge owner or end user a fee.

NB. We do not charge user any extra if they wish to book online rather than direct with owner. Our prices should therefore be at least 10% cheaper than others. If owner wants to automatically facilitate online bookings and or tooffer payment protection to users then they should select a package when registering to list or advertise a property and make a secure and verifiable PayPal payment when registering or contact us so we can approve, optimize, upgrade or activate their property listing manually.
