There is gas heating, evaporative cooling and fans available to cater for all weather seasons. The house includes TVs, DVD, video, stereo, iPod doc station plus an overhead projection system and large screen – there are two living areas, and the kitchen, dining and living area leads to deck with bbq and outdoor furniture an ideal spot to enjoy summer bbq’s and entertaining. The yard is also well fenced for kids to play. The kitchen at Petras@Ocean Grove is well equipped with island bench, microwave, dishwasher, and ample crockery, cutlery, platters etc. to cater for holiday and week-end stays. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer cupboard.
