Raven House - a perfectly maintained traditional holiday house situated in old Ocean Grove. Ideally set up for families with fenced yard and located in quiet court. Just a few minutes drive to Ocean Grove main beach and shopping centre, restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk to Blues Lake for a lap around this hidden gem.

It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in Ocean Grove and enjoying your idealic holiday location. Enjoy the quiet holiday location.

Raven House has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with two sets of bunks (4) and 3rd with queen bed. There is also a couch bed for an overnight guest, enough accommodation for 8 guests. There is one bathroom and toilet and two showers to support the 3 bedrooms. The living area has tv, dvd and ipod doc station, and is well furnished and fitted out with families in mind. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator and is very well equipped to cater for family holidays with ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters and bowls. The laundry has washing machine and there is a fenced outdoor area with furniture and bbq. There is portable air conditioner and fans at the house and gas heating. Raven House is an ideal property for one extended family or two families to enjoy holiday or week-end breaks in a quiet area of Ocean Grove, close to parks and amenities.
