Situated on a small lot on a short dead end street with only six other homes and a huge park at the end.
•GROUND level: Parking, Main entrance, front foyer, laundry room. There is a separate rental suite on this level, at the back. •SECOND level - really the main level living of the house.
Large well equippped kitchen, dining area seats 6 comfortably. Sky lights and windows on three sides, catches the morning sun. 3 bedrooms - good sized master with ensuite bath & two smaller bedrooms, second full bathroom.
•THIRD level - living room (13x18) set across the width of the house, with glass on all four sides (bright), one big window over the fireplace looks north to the mountains. Running alongside the living room facing west for the afternoon sun, and a fabulous view to the Mountains, a large balcony/ deck (12x21) where a BBQ and a hot tub are located. •FOURTH level is all a second big deck (11x18) with a wonderful 360 degree view to the city and the mountains. Two flights of (ungated) stairs may make it unsuitable for toddlers, small children under 5 years old unless closely supervised and also for less agile elderly persons. An additional separate 3 person studio suite on the ground floor may also be available for larger groups. Please inquire.

For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $150 per stay is collected on arrival. If the booking is more than one month, there is an additional $20 for each full week after the first month.
