Comes with a one room Bachelor Cabin with an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower and a separate bathroom and kitchenette, includes bar fridge, microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle, flat griddle for bacon, eggs, pancakes and a BBQ on the front deck. It comfortably sleeps four adults, both the Cabin and the Cottage includes satellite TV, DVD player, phone service, full hydro, as well it is air conditioned / heated.
There is a bonfire pit right beside the lake as well as a long dock for fishing or your water toys. Boat launch in park right beside the property. There is a big beautiful quiet private park that backs onto the lot that has a playground perfect for small children, basketball net, beach volleyball court, two sets of horse shoe pits and plenty of room to play soccer or baseball on it. We give you access to a kayak, a canoe, four person dinghy as well as a washer and dryer.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit within 10 days of booking is required The Remainder is due 30 days prior to your booking date to ensure you are serious about staying with us. HST does apply There is a $600 cash damage deposit due upon arrival that you will get Back in full as long as the cottage is left in the same state and condition you found it with no damage, stains and is clean except for the beds made.
