Arles and its beautiful Roman Arena and ruins are 16 miles from the Mas. The hill top fortress of Les Baux de Provence is 25 miles away from Jonquières and the Saintes Maries de-la-Mer beaches 36 miles away. On your way to the Saintes Maries de la Mer, you will discover the Camargue and its “Reserve Naturelle” (Zoological and Botanic). Horse riding and biking are the best way to admire this beautiful natural parkland with its countless flamingos and birds. Many “manades” (bull-farming) are open to visit.
