A reasonably steep ramp permits transportation of wheeled suitcases, strollers or a wheel-chair from the parking space to the entrance of the house. The lower area of the house has no steps inside the house and only one small step entering the house which is easily navigable for wheelchairs. The double bedroom at the main floor with en-suit, separate wardrobe room, fire place and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for the elderly.

Local walk trails can guide you to the nearby beaches through the Valley of Pyllaros within 60-90 minutes of walk, or uphill to the Monastery of Themata. Diving is offered in Agia Efimia, while cave enthusiasts can visit the Caves of Melissani and Drogarati in Sami. 15 min. drive from the port of Sami. 45 min drive from the airport of Kefalonia.
