The villa is accessed via private gates Which leads into a large parking area. The villa itself is surrounded by a large detached building with well maintained garden, so offers complete privacy in a quiet rural setting.
Gained Access is via the main door that leads directly into the lounge / diner with kitchen. From the lounge an open staircase provides access to the first floor bedrooms.
The property is accessed via private gates and has a driveway that leads to a parking area to the side of the villa. From the villa there is a small, attractive wooden 'bridge' which connects the main building with a shaded outside cooking and dining area. The area has been equipped with a sink and barbeque and offers a large dining table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining. To the front of the villa there is a large shaded veranda Which has been furnished with numerous chairs and offers an ideal area to relax. Situated to the front of the villa there is a large, private swimming pool (14m x 7m) that has both a shallow and a deep end, as well as a diving board. The area around the pool has been paved and offers a large wooden gazebo, two external showers, lighting and numerous sun-loungers and chairs. The rest of the garden is laid mostly to lawn and well maintained, but also offers numerous palm and fruit trees.
