The villa features six bedrooms and 6.5 baths. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, have safes as well as flat screen TV's and all offer private balconies/verandahs with views of the bay. Four of the bedrooms as well as the family room are located on the upper level and two are located in a private downstairs annex. The master bedroom (upper level) is 840 square feet and offers a large en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub, shower and large double basin vanity. It, also, offers a lounge area with a full size sleeper sofa.The other bedrooms are quite spacious and range in size from 380 square feet to 540 square feet. A distinctive interior water feature serves to separate the living areas from the private annex where two ground floor bedrooms are located.The upper level family room offers DVD player, selection of DVD movies, Playstation II complete with games as well as a home office with computer and Wireless Internet access throughout the villa.The state of the art kitchen provides a commercial oven, microwave and outdoor gas grill.The villa, also, boats it's own air -conditioned gym with adjoining outdoor shower and spa. Spa specialists are available on call.A full staff of butler, cook, housekeeper/laundress and gardener enhances guest's pampering at this fabulous new home.Please note that for large family reunions/groups, the villa may be combined with other neighboring villas in Discovery Bay.
