The villa is built on two levels and designed so that most rooms open onto breezy verandahs and balconies offering spectacular views of the villa's gardens, Half Moon Resort's golf course and the brilliant Caribbean Sea beyond. The interiors feature cool tiled floors and brightly colored Caribbean fabrics.The main floor houses five of the bedrooms, the kitchen and living/dining rooms. The main level foyer serves as an entertainment center with TV, VCR and sound system.All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and have en-suite baths. Five of the bedrooms are located on the main level; three with ocean views and two with garden views. Upstairs, via an exterior staircase, are the other two bedrooms. Please note that there is no interior hallway/stairway between the upper and lower levels-only outside access is provided.The bedrooms on the main floor consist of three bedrooms with king sized beds (or twin at guest's option) and one bedroom with a double bed. Three of these bedrooms boast French doors that open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. Two of the bedrooms on this main level open to private outdoor garden patios. Please note that one of the king sized bedrooms has an additional daybed available for a 15th guest for a nominal additional fee.The upper level offers a second living area and two other bedrooms. The second living room offers high-ceilings, antiques, original art and is generously furnished on cool stone floors. Additionally, there is an entertainment area in this living area complete with TV, VCR and sound system. The entire area has French doors that open to the upper balcony. Both rooms are large and offer French doors that open to the upper balcony where mesmerizing views of the sea may be enjoyed. One of these bedrooms has a spacious walk in shower and a large Sundance hot tub. Both the upper level bedrooms have en-suite baths and one has a large Sundance hot tub. Both bedrooms have French doors that open to the upper level balcony.All of the bedrooms have European styled baths with marble vanities.Please note that only groups occupying 6 or 7 bedrooms may reserve/use the upper level. The views from the upper level, furnished verandah are absolutely stunning.Wonderful meals are prepared by the live-in cook and served either in the inside formal dining room or candlelight on the poolside verandah.Outside, the inviting pool shares the deck with a therapeutic spa for the ultimate in relaxation.

Rental of Fairway Manor includes complementary membership at the nearby Wyndham Rose Hall Resort and Country Club just a five-minute drive from the villa.
