The luxurious and secluded residential area - 90 m2 - is part of a great artist on the estate of the former island of Wieringen, about 35 minutes from Amsterdam entfernd at the A7.
The house is situated on the edge of the fishing village of Den Oever in the rolling hills of the former island of Wieringen in the immediate vicinity of the port and the closure dike. Within walking distance are the Watts, the forest area and the Robbenoordbos IJsselmeerstrand.
The apartment is easily accessible from the A7 motorway, The North Sea beach, Friesland and the cities of Hoorn, Alkmaar and Den Helder (ferry to Texel), 25 min. Entfernd.
