There is a porch overlooking the well maintained tropical gardens and a Caribbean view. Ceiling fans in each room and a powerful AC unit keep the property cool, along with the lovely sea breezes.
The house is surrounded by lush, green landscaping and vibrantly colored tropical plants. Security is not a concern here- the house is enclosed by walls with a secure front gate and easy, safe parking. This is one of the closest houses to the BEST beaches on the island--located within the nature preserve (no homes allowed here), the entrance to which is just across the street.
We ask that this home is respected and cared for. Our housekeeper is available to help make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible, however damage to the house or breaking the terms of the lease (extra people without permission, pets) will be reported to the owner.
Vieques is not a "walk able" or public transit friendly island. Renting a car in advance is highly recommended.
