DESCRIPTION
|
Large private heated floodlit Pool (11m x 6m) with Roman steps and delightful mosaic of 4 dolphins. By the side of the pool, the covered terrace offers some welcome shade and where you will find the outside dining table and 6 chairs. There is a Spanish style covered bar and BBQ with sink and food preparation area also with a beautiful Spanish tiled table and seating for breakfasts in the sun. There is an outside hot/cold shower, sun loungers and parasol, where you can sip your cocktails while you watch the sun set over the mountains, and at night feel like you can touch the millions of stars sprinkled across the sky. You might even make a wish on the many shooting stars!
The upper gardens are planted with palm trees and other delightful shrubs, which give welcome shade over the very extensive driveway. A car is essential. There is a lower patio where you can sit in the welcome shade and enjoy the uninterrupted view of the orange groves, rice fields and sea.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Blanca offers mile after mile of beautiful beaches and virtually year round sunshine.It remains one of the most scenic areas of Spain where unspoilt fishing villages and historic towns are found between miles of white sandy beaches.
The area is renowned by the World Health Organisation for being particularly beneficial to health. Our villa is situated in the centre of the region on a spectacular part of the coast near Denia and the nearest sandy beach is less than 15 mins drive.
