The Ming vacation rental in the charming village of Lungern is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Lungern is a serene pastoral village nestled on the shore of turquoise Lake Lungern at the foothill of Hasliberg mountain.

The kitchen is bright as well as nicely equipped. The living room features hardwood floors, a comfortable couch, two armchairs and a coffee table. It opens onto a small balcony with a lovely view of Lake Lungern, the green meadows in the valley and the high Alps to the west.
Surrounding DescriptionIt is only a three minute walk from the train station where one of Lungern’s best restaurants, the “Bahnhöfli”, can be found. It is a five to ten minute downhill walk to the shops, restaurants, bank and ATM of Lungern and a ten to fifteen minute walk to the lakeshore for swimming, boating, fishing, tennis and mini-golf. The cable-car station at Obsee, which is only fifteen minutes away, provides half-hourly gondola service to alpine heights.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionLungern offers a variety of family activities from great hiking to lake swimming and minigolf. The cable car from Obsee in the lower part of the village takes you to the alpine heights of Schönbühl, with its spectacular vistas and challenging hikes. Lungern lies in the very center of Switzerland. Hourly rail service in both directions (1 hour to Luzern and Interlaken) makes it an ideal base for day trips throughout Switzerland.
