LOCATION
The villa has a spectacular elevated location and has been luxuriously fitted out. The villa is in easy reach of the beach, shops and local restaurants. The busy town of Lamai is only four kilometers away and has a western supermarket, fresh food markets, restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. The beach at Lamai is well worth a visit. Other local attractions include island safari, elephant trekking, temples, a butterfly farm, an aquarium and bird show, isolated pristine beaches and virgin rain forest.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The main bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and is on the top level with the perfect views of the ocean. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed, wardrobes and an ensuite. The first guest bedroom has the views of the terrace, pool and the sea. The room has a vanity table with mirrors and an ensuite. The second guest room is on the lower level and is directly off the lounge. Each bedroom is spacious and has enough space for storage.
Bathrooms
All four of the en-suite bathrooms are tastefully decorated and have modern rain showers. The bedroom in the first guest room has a bath.
Dining Room
There is a large oval wooden table in the upper dining room which can sit six guests comfortably. This room has spectacular views of the ocean and the gardens. The dining area on the lower level has ocean views and a round table with a lazy Susan feature and can comfortably seat four. There is a further dining area on the sun terrace that can comfortably seat up to eight guests.
Kitchen
The villa has two kitchens, one on each level both of which have breakfast bars, two ringed gas hobs, microwaves and ample cooking utensils and a toaster and kettle. The cupboards are wooden and the work surfaces have black granite.
Living Rooms
The lounge is located on the upper level adjacent to the dining area and has comfortable rattan furniture and direct access to the pool and terrace Jacuzzi. The room has a large television, a DVD player and plenty of room to relax. There is another living area on the lower level which has splendid views and is of a similar design to the upper level living area and has access to a large dining and sun terrace.
