Only a short drive to Bangsaray Beach and Ban Amphur Beach and just over 8km to Jomtien, you are also conveniently located near some of the best dining venues in the Pattaya area. You can even enjoy a view of the Big Buddha from the house and it is a quick trip to the nightlife at the Walking Street or Pattaya Floating Market.
LOCATION
This Pattaya holiday home is strategically located at Ban Amphur, just far enough from the Pattaya metropolitan areas to offer complete peace and quiet while being close enough to Bangsaray Beach and Ban Amphur Beach (4km) to make it an effortless drive. The south end of Jomtien Beach is also just over 6km away. The many varied dining establishments are near at hand so that a night out on the town can start with a great meal and then move on to the more famous of Pattaya’s nighttime entertainment areas like the famous Walking Street or Alangkarn Theatre. When you have had enough to eat and drink, and are ready to retire for the night, it is only a quick fifteen-minute drive home to this private estate and its 24 hour security from Downtown Pattaya. If you are seeking restaurants, the world famous Rimpa Lapin is just 3km from the villa and Coco Beach Club just 1km. When it comes to massage options, you can order a massage in-house or easily find a massage establishment just 2km away at Budsaba Spa. Nightlife options at Ban Amphur are just 4km away, or you could head towards the bright lights of Jomtien Beach just 8km away.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms in total, all of which boast a private ensuite bathroom with the villa sleeping eleven people in luxurious comfort. Waking to enjoy the sun rising over the lake accompanied by the singing of the local birds is an experience of such complete tranquility that it will never be forgotten.
Bathrooms
The master bathroom features a whirlpool bath for two so relaxation is part and parcel of this vacation home. Surrounding it are some of the most glamorous fixtures and fittings equal in visual splendor to that found at the most expensive resorts around the world and the other bathrooms share this opulence. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is one extra guest bathroom on the premises.
Dining Room
The dining room features a beautiful wooden table with seating for six. The chairs have both upholstered seats and backs so friendly evenings of fine dining, favorite wines and good conversation can last long into the night. Its proximity to the kitchen makes serving and clearing easy so the party need never end.
Kitchen
The kitchen in this luxury villa has everything you could hope for including a huge fridge freezer, stovetop and oven, making it easy to prepare a special meal efficiently. There is plenty of room for several people to work and masses of ceramic counter tops where all of the necessary tasks can be accomplished.
Living Rooms
The elegant furnishings are not only something you would see in a “beautiful homes” magazine, but were chosen specifically to also be comfortable and welcoming. The ceramic tile floors add an air of sophistication and are enhanced by the professionally rendered artwork and local handicrafts featured around the room.
