Some of the finest restaurants in the whole of Chon Buri are within a 5-minute drive of the villa, such as Mata Hari, Manhattan’s and News Café. If you need to visit a supermarket or shopping mall, within a 10-minute drive, you can visit Tesco Lotus, Big C, Central Festival, Villa Market or Mackro. If you need a convenience store, there is one just a 2-minute stroll from the villa. As far as locations go, Pratumnak Hill is perfect, especially for singles, couples and small families. Bedrooms
The two bedrooms in Baan Tawan are not just relaxed and comfortable, but also nicely decorated. They both enjoy a décor that’s homely yet classy, decorated with a selection of Hindu-Khmer artworks. The Master bedroom has some great touches such as a mirrored wardrobe that scales the length of the room. Entertainment features include a large JVC flat-screen television with international channels for your viewing pleasures. The master is also home to an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning and a double bed. The second bedroom is labeled as the Guest Bedroom, and also has a double bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Enjoying entertainment facilities such as a large LCD TV and access to international TV channels, the guest room is also very classy and comfortable.
Bedrooms
There are two bathrooms in Baan Tawan, both of which are ensuite. The Master Bathroom enjoys a great deal of luxury that includes a spacious Jacuzzi, which allows you to take a soothing dip whilst enjoying the garden views without moving an inch. The bathroom is also home to a glass encased shower, a toilet and wash basin. The guest ensuite bathroom provides you with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Kitchen
Within the open plan living space, you will find a western style kitchen that oozes quality. There is lots of storage space within the wooden kitchen units and ample amounts of food preparation space upon the black granite counter tops. The selection of modern appliances includes a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, extractor fan, oven and lots of dishware and cutlery.
Living Rooms
You can access the spacious living area through the tall French sliding doors from the garden and pool area. The lounge is very comfortable and comes equipped with a luxurious L-shape, a large flat-screen TV with international channels.
