Just half a kilometre to the main road there is a shopping village with a Tesco Lotus open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., a McDonalds, Boots, Pizza company, and all associated conveniences. The grand tropical beach is just 1.8k away and more beaches at every juncture along the west coast of Phuket. For golfers there is the Laguna Golf Course, and the famous Phuket FantaSea is before the famous Patong area some 14k south.

Bedrooms
The sizeable master bedroom comes with patio doors that open out to the portico and the top of the pool where the entrance steps are found. You will have ample storage space with three double fitted wardrobes complete with cupboards and a prominent desk and chair. Hi tec touch sensitive light controls are found as you come into the room and also next to the king sized bed which is flanked by two bedside tables and lamps. A luxurious Ottoman chair sits on a square design rug. The other king size bedroom comes equipped with air-con, ceiling fan, wall high wardrobes and views of the garden path.
Bathrooms
The ensuite for the master bedroom boasts two crib-shape work top sinks on a granite surface complete with oversized mirror. Relax in the whirlpool Jacuzzi bath that comes with a moveable showerhead for rinsing hair. On the other side of the room is where the toilet and shower are located. The ensuite for the other bedroom is well designed and contains a sink and square-headed rain shower.
Dining Room
Near the kitchen is the dining room and this is equipped with an elongated wooden table and six seats. There is an additional dining table located on the roof terrace which receives shade from the sala, a ceiling fan and six extra chairs with cushions.
Kitchen
All your cooking requirements will be met in this western inspired fitted kitchen as it provides a capacious fridge / freezer, an inbuilt electric oven complete with four ring ceramic hobs and extractor fan. The U-shaped work surface holds a microwave, a double sink with garden views, a toaster, coffee maker and European style kettle.
