DESCRIPTION
|
This apartment is in a group of five or so similar units enjoying wonderful views over the Andaman Sea. Set on a small rocky headland between the two sections of Kalim Beach steps down to the tropical water offer the chance of some fishing at high tide, or very private sunbathing as the water recedes to reveal the sand below. A feature of the apartment is its roof terrace to the front with sun beds and total privacy. Step out forom the lounge to enjoy a days sun bathing before heading down to the water for a cooling swim, or out onto the road for 50 metres to be on the white sands of the public beach. Old world charm characterises this accommodation.
LOCATION
Set on a rise in the beach road to the north of Patong Bay the Kalim area has all the facilities in one small village. Shops, massage, restaurants and the beach are all in one small area but motorcycle hire across the road allows for further exploration for the ambitiously active. All the beaches of Patong, Karon, and Kata lie to the south and even further is Nai Harn and Yanui beaches. To the north, there are golf courses aplenty, and also the famous Phuket Fantasea within 8 kilometres.

Bedrooms
The layout for this beautifully designed bedroom provides for the perfect view of the sea. The king size bed with large mirrored headboard provides a touch of luxury while the floor is completely covered with upholstered floor mats. Sophisticated and comfortable elegance in this bedroom retreat will please and delight after a long day of shopping or beachcombing.

A contemporary bathroom with wash basin and shower located in separate enclosures is accessed through 2 separate doors to the room. Well lit and roomy with many personal touches and amenities.
Dining Room
The dining room is elegant yet comfortably positioned for private dining on the patio with privacy insured with a strategically positioned circular table and armchairs. Dine in the open air as the gentle breezes come off the sea.
Kitchen
Enjoy a well equipped kitchen set in galley style with stove top and wall mounted exhaust fan. Refrigerator/freezer and a complete line of dishware and utensils provide for everything you need from a kitchen.
Living Rooms
The living room is centred around the flat screen TV with a large and comfortable couch providing a relaxed setting to enjoy the satellite TV menu while enjoying a snack or drink.
