LOCATION
The villa is located in a quiet, newly built residential area close to Kata Center. Within walking distance is one of Phuket's finest beaches - Kata beach, that is highly regarded for being a quiet location but still with upscale restaurants, bars and small boutique shopping. Also within walking distance you have grocery stores, restaurants, hairdressers, laundry, massage, etc. Just 20 minutes to Patong and 5 minutes to Chalong this is a great location in the southern area of the west coast.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have concealed air-conditioning and flat screen TVs. There are two bedrooms on the entrance level offering astounding views through sliding patio doors. The first king size ensuite on the left has a light and airy feel with white furniture and the bed faces the view. The second bedroom on this level has the option of becoming a twin, whilst upstairs there is a dedicated twin with connecting door to a double. The master bedroom offers a high degree of comfort complete with a 10-smoked-glass-door wardrobe room.
Bathrooms
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a mix of single or double basin, and an exceptional standard of appointment. The master ensuite has double basins, a separate WC, a separate shower, and up three granite steps a feature Jacuzzi bath with three taps, three massage controls, and a retractable hair washing shower hose. Clear windows on two sides afford the same magical views.
Dining Room
Al fresco poolside dining on the outside table for eight assures the best views and atmosphere. Drink in the landscape and wine in one gulp in this holiday destination of a lifetime. Breakfast and lunch snacks are taken care of on the stools around the kitchen serving bar.
Kitchen
The ultra-modern kitchen is U-shaped with breakfast seating on five stools around the granite serving top. There is a 4-ring ceramic hob with an additional two-burner gas hob above a built-in electric oven. A free-hanging extractor takes care of all the cooking smells and the double-draining stainless steel sinks overlook the road. There is a European kettle, a coffee maker, a four-slice toaster and all the utensils for gourmet holiday meals. A side-by-side American fridge/freezer has an ice dispenser at the front. There is also a utility room houses a washing machine, and there is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin off.
Living Rooms
The living area has two dark leather sofas either side of an oval glass topped coffee table beside yet another set of patio doors leading the body to the pool, and the eye to the views.
