Once you enter this holiday property you will be blown away by the extremely spacious 523sqm of living space. The overall design, although on a grand scale, retains the ability to feel homey and elegant due to the ample accent paintings and objects gracing the décor. The large living area leads out into an equally large outdoor terrace complete with a private infinity swimming pool. Two of the six bedrooms are situated to either side of the pool, both of which feature floor-to-ceiling windows allowing the gorgeous natural surroundings to seemingly enter the living space.
This Phuket villa is fully stocked with amenities to fulfill any needs that a holiday group or family of 12 could desire. LOCATION
Villa Pearl is located in one of the most exclusive and luxurious locations of Phuket Island. The surrounding wooded hillsides and tropical vegetation will make it hard to forget you are on a tropical island holiday getaway. The nearby Nai Harn Beach is world renowned for good reason. The local village area is also extremely inviting and entertaining for tourists including numerous small eateries and shops, two full-sized nightclubs for those who enjoy the nightlife and a slew of other bars and drinking establishments. The nearby fishing village of Rawai offers a cultural perspective and there are plenty of locations for unforgettable meals including Mando’s steakhouse offering all you can eat breakfast or steak dinners and Nikitas featuring truly oceanside cocktails. The Nai Harn area is well-treasured by many holiday goers as there is a little something for everyone to be found in this gem of a location.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The Villa Pearl features six bedrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. Two of the bedrooms include double beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom also features a double bed and is conveniently located next to a shared bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are outfitted with single beds and the final bedroom is perfect for children with bunk bed sleeping accommodations. All the beddings are comprised of luxurious linens and Egyptian cotton sheets welcoming you to a good nights sleep after a day at the beach or an entertaining night out in Phuket town.
Bathrooms
The six bathrooms are strategically placed throughout the villa and are meticulously well kept by the staff. Two of the bathrooms are en suite to the master bedrooms and the remaining four offer ultimate convenience for guests throughout the holiday home. All bathrooms are fully equipped and feature hot water facilities.
Dining Room
The dining area is immaculately set in the center of the living area and is perfect for enjoying every type of meal from a posh dinner to a lazy afternoon lunch. You can enjoy talking cooking secrets with the chef or easily chat with those lounging in the pools from this prime dining location.
Kitchen
The villa is fully equipped with a state of the art kitchen facility including a double-door fridge, built-in oven and gas hob. One can easily serve up a meal for guests in style with the included attractive cutlery, glassware and dishes. If you desire the skills of a professional chef, arrangements can be made to bring a chef to the home and prepare five-star meals for you and your family.
Living Rooms
The Villa Pearl features two separate lounging areas including a smaller cozy living space downstairs and a spacious lounging area on the second floor. The larger lounging area features an L-shaped settee and floor-to-ceiling windows that only serve to add to the already incredibly open and breezy feeling that flows throughout the open plan living space.
