LOCATION
This villa is set within a private estate 5 minutes drive from famous Patong beach on the south west headland overlooking Patong bay. The estate is situated above the Amari hotel in a quiet cliff setting only 3 minutes drive away from the unspoilt smaller Tri Trang beach or 5 more minutes to Paradise beach. The access road is very steep but well graded and drained. It is just a 5-minute drive from big department stores, many restaurants varied nightlife of Patong, 20 minutes to golf courses in Kathu, 30 minutes from Phuket city, and 45 minutes from the airport.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The villa has two bedrooms in total. Both have stunning views of Patong Bay, with the master bedroom containing sliding doors which provide access to a lovely balcony. The balcony has two rattan lounge chairs making it a great spot to soak up both the views and the sun. This balcony can also be accessed through the second bedroom through a lockable door. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV as well as plenty of storage space. There is also a safe in the room for guests peace-of-mind. The guest bedroom also has plenty of wardrobe space and these wardrobes are mirrored giving the room an even more spacious feel. An extra mattress bed can be found under the stairs. Here there are windows with views of the garden making it a pleasant place to sleep. Both rooms have stairs that lead up to the roof terrace.
Bathrooms
The master bedrooms en-suite bathroom is reached from the ground floor area. The bathroom is visually impressive due to it being surrounded by glass walls. Guests can enjoy the magnificent views whilst soaking in the bathtub. There are also two basins, a shower and a toilet. The second bedrooms en-suite bathroom is slightly smaller in size and has a shower, wash basin and toilet. A third bathroom can be found under the ground floor stairs and contains a toilet and wash basin. This bathroom can be used by guests making use of the spare mattress.
Dining Room
Dining can be done at the breakfast bar area which forms part of the kitchen. Here there are four high stools and a breakfast table/bar. The roof terrace can also be used for dining, allowing guests to enjoy a meal under the stars. The terrace has a wooden table and four chairs. A sink and two sun loungers are also located there.
Kitchen
The kitchen is of a modern western standard and comes with is a coffee machine, fridge/freezer tea/coffee supplies, kettle, sink, 4-ring cooker, toaster, ventilator, microwave, plenty of cupboard space, kitchen utensils and dishware. There is lots of work space and the work surfaces are elegant black granite. Guests can eat at the breakfast bar in the room which has four high stools.
Living Rooms
The lounge has wide panel sliding doors that allow guests to sit back on the comfy sofa and take in the gorgeous views of the Andaman Sea, The sofa is L-shaped and large in size, capable of seating up to five people. Entertainment comes in the form of a big flat-screen TV, a large choice of international satellite channels, a Blue Ray DVD player and also WiFi internet.
